Diagnosis was based on the observation of gram positive coccoid, diphtheroid and long branching filaments in direct examination of pus from fistulous tracts and isolation of microorganism in thioglycolate and Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) agar media in an­aerobic conditions and some physiologic tests.
